FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm located in the Marshall County area of North Alabama. I would always be up to travel for a session, but it would include a fee. Price of fee would vary depending on location of travel.
When will we get our photos?
I like to send a sneak peeks within the first 24-48 hours. After the sneak peek, I try to have the session completed and the link sent to you within 4 weeks.
How many pictures will we receive?
Varies depending on time and type of session we do. I like to pick the best quality pictures from your session instead of sticking to a certain quantity. I like for my clients to get their money's worth!
Is there a refund policy upon cancellations?
ALL deposits are non-refundable. I am in complete understanding life happens and you might need to cancel your session. With that being said, I still have to make a living. IF you happen to pay full price before your session(s), I will refund all but the deposit amount upon cancellation.
Will my deposit hold a spot for me if I need to reschedule?
Yes! I require a deposit when booking. If something happens and you need to reschedule, I do NOT charge another deposit fee. However, if you cancel with no reschedule: you do not get a refund (see all FAQ's to find out more information regarding refunds. You can redeem your deposit within 6 months of your original session.
